The River Walk.

We had such a great weekend! We went on the River Walk, through the River Arts District, which is less than a mile from the house. On both Saturday and Sunday we walked with Ruby in the stroller and Sylvie in the Ergo, and checked out the local galleries. Both days we had lunch at Clingman Cafe, and just enjoyed being together!

While I was doing the dishes this morning, Ruby decided that she and Sylvie were going to be chefs, so I helped them get dressed up  in their chef gear. Ruby’s favorite part was that both she and Sylvie got to have their own personal “mit-nit,” which is toddler language for mitten/potholder. Her pronunciation right now is just priceless.

Anyway, I couldn’t resist taking pics. It was adorable.

Good morning!

Every morning Ruby climbs into bed with the rest of us to say “Good mo-neen!” This morning I took some pictures of the girls snuggling, and managed to get our first official smile shot from Sylvie!
